If you find the real doll any defects or damages when you open up the carton, please contact us(support@sexavdoll.com) with photos and videos within 12 hours. After verified, we will get it refund or arrange the second shipment.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the love doll is good and unused, you can return this item for any reason whatsoever during the first 48 hours of ownership. Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or providing a refund. And you should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and the items returned should be kept in their original status. To use our guarantee program, Email Us(support@sexavdoll.com). All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the “shipped from address”. Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received.

Undelivered orders caused by the incorrect shipping address or you refuse the parcel, you will get a refund deducting double freight (20% order value).
